Take off is perfect and it is declared as school takeoff from level 2 and up. The instructor of practice cant see student all time in the training must be on te take off or on the landing zone.
Takeoff can be a tricky, if wind direction is closser to south or wsouthwest, with a longer runing.

When condition is for soaring on dynamic, also it iis a little bit complicated to make a top landing .
Excellent for thermal flight and thermlling training.
Big fields is property for groundhanding and walk on the side with glider :)
